Kolfrostin's Little Horrors will ship to other countries. We have shipped to Norway, Germany, and United Kingdom in the past. Please contact to see if we can ship to you. The Buyer is responsible for any Vat Taxes, Taxes or Fees for there country to receive the product.
Shipping
For already made items, our standard shipping time is 7 to 10 business days. We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. In the event that there is a delay beyond this timeframe, we will keep you informed and provide updates on the status of your shipment.
It is crucial that you provide us with the correct shipping address during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect address. Please double-check your information to avoid any inconvenience.
Once your package has been handed over to the post office or UPS, it is no longer under our control. In the unfortunate event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, we recommend reaching out to the respective shipping carrier. All packages come with insurance, and they will be able to assist you in filing a claim.
Refunds
At My Store, we take pride in the quality of our handmade items. While refunds are not typically given due to the nature of our products, we understand that there may be instances where you encounter an issue.
Please Keep in mind Items can have small Flaws. Where we strive for perfection this is not always the case. I am a one person shop that makes everything by myself. I am not a machine. Everything is made Handmade. So errors will sometimes occur.
If you believe that there is a sewing please contact us and provide detailed pictures of the issue. We will carefully assess the situation and determine if the error is our responsibility and not due to shipping. If we find that it is indeed our fault, we will be more than happy to fix your order. If the order cannot be fixed we will provide a refund. Refunds are only available up until 15 days after initial purchase and item must be returned at buyers expense. Once we receive the item we will give a refund.
